Pay & Benefits

•  $0.60 - $0.64 CPM based on experience. Earn up to $0.74 CPM through Melton mileage milestones.

•  We welcome both recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers
•  Recent CDL graduates must use their Class A CDL within 6 months of graduation
•  All other drivers must have used their Class A CDL within the past 12 months

 

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL from the state you reside in
• Must meet all applicable DOT regulations, including a DOT physical and drug testing
• Must pass an integrity interview and meet Melton’s work attendance and availability requirements
• Must be 21 or older
