CDL A Truck Driver - $0.54 Per Mile  

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Duncan, SC. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Leave out either Sunday/Monday and home either Friday/Saturday

• Pay:  $0.54 Per Mile

• Route Type: OTR runs to DAL, KNX, GA, AL some IL, 2,500 miles or more per week

• Freight / Load Type: Drop & Hook with occasional live load

• Equipment: Sleeper Truck, Automatic transmission, Trucks are equipped with inverters

• Handling: Drop & Hook, Light touch freight, load securement

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A  

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Endorsements: None

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes 

• Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including light touch freight and load securement 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
