Welcome to Bear Pack Logistics, a Veteran owned company and a transportation contractor for Amazon and FedEx. We’re approaching our 5th year in business, with operations in the Greater Cincinnati area as well as Columbus, OH and we’re looking to grow our team.
This position is open to all experience levels including recent CDL-A school graduates and offers excellent opportunities for career growth. Drivers will be responsible for regional routes up to 600 miles away from the Greater Cincinnati area, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.

About the Role:

Support Amazon’s customer centric focus and ensure safe, on-time deliveries of Amazon freight and equipment
Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently.
Complete regional routes, including mountain terrain, covering approximately 600 miles per day.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Maintain open communication with dispatch and trainers

Schedule:

Open-ended, with flexibility.
Typical start times between 2:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
Regional schedule (Solo2) is 4 days on/4 days off or 2 days on/2 days off.
Initial training will follow the trainer's schedule
Flexibility to transition to home daily (Solo1) schedule as openings occur

Pay & Benefits:

$25 / hour ($24/hr as base wage + $1/hr for performance pay; showing up on time, safe driving and covering assigned shifts) + bi-annual wage increases of $0.50/hr
Monthly bonuses available up to $250 / month

$1,000 for drivers who START by December 13 and pay out once the driver completes 90 days of employment.
Vacation: Earn vacation time at a 4% accrual rate.

Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Recent CDL school graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to drive approximately 600 miles daily, including in mountainous areas.
Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
